At IPERLY (PVT) LTD, we strive to provide excellent service and value to all our subscribers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our subscription-based SaaS platform.

1. Subscription Refunds

CEYRES operates on a monthly subscription model. The following refund terms apply:

  • Free Trial: During the free trial period, no charges are made. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any cost.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You retain access to your data for 30 days after the subscription ends, during which you can export your data.

3. Service Disruptions

In the event of extended service disruptions (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by issues within our control, we will provide:

  • A pro-rata credit applied to your next billing cycle, or
  • A partial refund for the affected period upon request.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
  • Provide your account details and description of the billing error.
  • We will investigate and issue a refund within 7-14 business days if the error is confirmed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable).
  • Custom development or integration work.
  • Third-party service costs passed through our platform (SMS charges, payment gateway fees).
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day satisfaction period.
